This policy concerns the kozak-dermato.ro website. The processing of patients medical data at the practice is governed separately and is not covered by this page.

What data we collect through the website
The website has no contact form, allows no user accounts and has no comments. We collect no data from visitors through the pages themselves.
You can send us data only by writing to us by email or by calling. In that case we process what you tell us — name, contact details, the reason for your enquiry — in order to reply and, where applicable, to arrange an appointment.
Server logs
Like any web server, the one hosting this website automatically records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser type. These logs serve the operation and security of the website and are kept for a limited period.
Other companies services
The only element loaded from a third party is the map on the contact page, hosted by Google. The map does not load automatically: it appears only if you press the display button, and until then your browser sends no request to Google. Details on the Cookies page.
The links to the clinic Facebook page are plain links. There is no like button, tracking pixel or other Facebook code on the website.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data and do not pass it on for marketing purposes. It may be accessible to the hosting provider, strictly for maintaining the service.
How long we keep it
Messages received by email are kept for as long as is necessary to deal with the enquiry and for the records of the practice.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. You may exercise them by writing to contact@kozak-dermato.ro.
