The Pavel-Kozak Method
The Pavel-Kozak Method is an integrated treatment for skin diseases — internal, external and through a dietary regimen — validated by long-standing clinical practice. It aims at the patient's natural healing, from the inside out, by restoring the internal metabolic balance.

Therapeutic uniqueness
The Dr. Kozak Clinic treats skin diseases through the Pavel-Kozak Method, devised by the Romanian researcher Pavel Kozak. Over time he treated patients in Romania, the USA, Canada, England, France, Spain and Germany, and cured conditions considered incurable by specialists — such as epidermolysis bullosa, whose treatment had been declared impossible even by researchers at the Institute of Dermatology in Washington.
The Method starts from the conviction that, apart from a few dermatological diseases with a genetic origin, most skin conditions have internal causes, triggered by a food that the body does not tolerate. This is why the treatment addresses the cause of the disease, not its effect. The remedy is made up of several parts: one for internal use, another for external use, both combined with a strict diet. The medicines are approved, have a secret formula and are manufactured to order at a factory in Germany.
The clinic treats, improves or cures, as the case may be, a wide range of skin diseases:
Natural healing
The innovative element of the Method is its holistic perspective and, consequently, the patient's natural healing, from the inside out. Its main purpose is to restore the internal metabolic balance through the synergistic action of three factors that take effect only when administered simultaneously:
- a diet specific to the Kozak regimen, which cleanses the body of the toxic build-up caused by modern nutrition;
- an internal treatment, consisting of modern medicines and original teas, prepared in-house;
- an external treatment, through the application of proprietary creams and ointments.
The creams, ointments and teas are made exclusively in Romania, based on proprietary, original recipes.
The initial consultation
At the Kozak-Dermato clinic the initial consultation is not limited to 15–30 minutes, as happens in other clinics of this kind, but lasts as long as necessary to identify the disease precisely and to understand the patient from a systemic perspective.
Besides assessing the patient's state of health at the first visit, their way of life and all the indirect factors that may affect their health are taken into account. Only by precisely identifying the causes that impair the optimal functioning of the metabolism is it possible to intervene and heal the patient from the inside out, through a holistic and, above all, natural treatment plan.
The treatment plan
Although it manifests on the surface of the body, a dermatological disease has mainly a series of internal causes — a consequence of the disruption of the metabolic balance — as well as a wide range of external causes, which patients often overlook and which can aggravate the metabolic processes of the body.
The treatment plan aims to restore the internal metabolic balance through the synergistic action of three factors:
- the original diet developed by Pavel Kozak;
- the clinic's own natural medication;
- external intervention based on proprietary natural recipes, whose composition was refined through the clinic’s own clinical practice.
The Method does not rely on miraculous cures obtained with a synthetic medication administered in a stereotyped way and with industrially produced products, which are often unsuited to the pathology of skin diseases. Healing is achieved specifically and individually, for each patient.
Monitoring the treatment
Monitoring the healing throughout the treatment is the stage in which the doctor's entire medical expertise is proven by the effectiveness of the plan tailored to each patient.
Unlike other pathologies, healing skin diseases requires above all a vast practical experience, since in the dermatological field modern medicine has to date recognised over 30,000 forms in which skin diseases manifest. Thus, a very broad personal experience significantly reduces the risk of misdiagnosing the disease and allows the treatment to be correctly adjusted whenever the course of the patient's healing requires it.
